This new built in stone traditional style house lies on the hillside over the village of Eleftherna which is 15km away from Rethymno town. The villa is in a two floors layout of 184sqm and has a big garden with parking area and 40sqm swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms in the villa where 8 persons can be comfortably accommodated. Two of the bedrooms are with single beds and two are with double beds. There are two WC/Bathrooms with bath – one on each floor and in the first floor there is a Jacuzzi. Each bedroom has a balcony and the master bedroom on the first floor has a large veranda with pergola and patio and magnificent view over the Cretan Sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer and toaster. There is a large balcony with pool and sea view with dining table where long summer evenings can be spent. Nearest beach is 12km away. The villa also offers four mountain bikes and light equipment for hiking (baton) free of use. The village of Eleftherna is on the European hiking trail E4.
